About the Business
We hear so often about personal service, but for the people and companies we work with, it's a fundamental to the trust and close relations we share. At Robert Hayden & Co. our chartered accountants make a point of knowing our clients well enough to help them in ways that truly match their individual needs. The business still takes its name from its founder, who began working for people and companies throughout the South Manchester conurbation over 30 years ago. The current head of practice, Amanda Duffy, has been with Robert Hayden & Co. for much of that time, adding strong experience in auditing to its core business in accounts preparation, tax, business advice and strategic financial planning.
Amanda graduated in maths and computing before training as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young in London. After qualifying she worked in the North West as an accountant/auditor in the insurance industry and then with a number of Stockport and South Manchester accountancy firms.
