We will collect from your premises all your accounting paperwork. The collection schedule will be tailored to your requirements. Once processed the documentation will be return to you. Inclusive are Supplier and bank reconciliations, preparation and / or submission of Vat Returns. For the Construction Industry Scheme we can prepare the requirements for your subcontractors and HM Revenue & Customs. For sole traders, partnerships and/or limited companies and includes business taxation. If you already have an accountant, we can submit to that accountant a year end file which would include a Trial Balance and all supporting schedules.
Tailored to meet your payroll cycle, this includes all pay envelopes, the processing of SSP, Maternity Pay, Pension contributions etc., the monthly PAYE / NIC return, the annual P35 return, P60s for employees, and where appropriate P11Ds and the Class 1A NIC return. Gross salaries and Employers costs reports are available.
