We can incorporate a company within 3 days and in some urgent cases within 24 hours. We will advise you whether it is advantageous to trade under a limited company and advise you on the optimum capital structure. We will deal with all company secretarial work on your behalf such as changes in directors, share capital, registered office, providing dividend vouchers, filing of accounts and annual return with Companies House. For small and medium size companies which can not afford to have a full-time finance director, we can provide this service at a fraction of the cost.
We will attend board meetings, produce annual budgets, conduct regular reviews of internal controls, and carry out due diligence work for acquisition or mergers. Accounts for sole traders, Partnerships and Limited companies are prepared on an annual basis. Management accounts are also prepared when requested on a monthly or quarterly basis.
