About the Business
Hill Wooldridge accountants can trace its history back to 1928 when two London based accountants, Mr J Hill and Mr W Wooldridge merged their individual businesses to form the Partnership; Hill, Wooldridge & Co, Chartered Accountants. Over nearly 80 years the partnership maintained its independence by providing its clients with the personal service that a smaller firm of accountants can offer. During this time the practice moved from the City of London to premises in Harrow, Middlesex and established a second office in, Brentwood, Essex.
Tim Horner FCCA is the current managing director of Hill Wooldridge accountants. He has been with the practise since joining as an accounts clerk in 1986. He qualified as a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 1996 and became a Fellow of the Association in January 2001. Tim is supported by staff at the Brentwood office, many of whom have been with the firm for over 10 years, and a range of external specialist service providers.
