About the Business
Galbraith Pritchards provides an extensive range of business advice, accounting, auditing and taxation services throughout Scotland and beyond. The firm was formed in 2010 as an amalgamation of two former practices of Chartered Accountants. Pritchards was established in 1926 and Galbraith McEwan & Co. in 1940. Between the four partners we have a wealth of experience in all areas of accountancy taxation and audit. Our primary business is as advisors to owner managed and family businesses and in assisting individuals to mitigate their tax liabilities.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland regulates and monitors the core activities of the firm. This requires adherence to a strict code of professional ethics for Chartered Accountants aimed at protection of both the interests of the Firm but also of the clients and the public interest at large. Clients from business and non business sectors including charities benefit from the expertise and experience of everyone in the firm.
