About the Business
Prior to setting up Clockwork Tax & Accountancy I worked for a Top Ten national firm of Chartered Accountants in Walsall and then in Birmingham for over 12 years.
During this time I worked in the accountancy, audit and tax departments and my client portfolio comprised a wide range of owner manager businesses across sectors such as manufacturing, professional services, leisure and property, together with some listed companies.
In accordance with the disclosure requirements of the Provision of Services Regulations 2009, our professional indemnity insurer is RSA Insurance PLC of c/o Bluefin Professions, Castlemead, Lower Castle Street, Bristol, BS1 3AG. The territorial coverage is worldwide excluding professional business carried out from an office in the United States of America or Canada and excludes any action for a claim brought in any court in the United States of America or Canada.
