About the Business
Natasha and the team are very excited to introduce themselves and tell you more about Busy Books and how we can help you. Busy Books celebrates it’s 3rd year trading in 2015 and we are proud to be finalists in this year’s Wiltshire Business of the year awards! Busy Books supports currently many local businesses particularly within Westbury, Wiltshire, the trading estates and surrounding areas, all of whom have been recommended to us / referred by word of mouth. Whether it be daily, weekly, monthly or annually we would love to do the same for YOU!
Our ethos is and always will be to “SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS”; we do not overlook the small companies or the sole traders that large accounts firms do not have time for, and we pride ourselves in offering a unique and tailored accounts and bookkeeping service, going the extra mile always for our customers. We take the stress away and help aid away the fear from complex and official financial documentation.

Natasha Penny AIAAP FIAB - Proprietor, Accountant and Book Keeper
I have always been passionate about Small Local Business and so I started up Busy Books in 2012 to support other traders and business owners. I qualified as an Accounts Technician in 2006 and I have worked previously within other accountancy firms all my working life. I have gained a vast amount of financial and accounts experience, along with knowledge of many local trades. I love my job and the flexibility of running my own business around my family life. To assist other self employed people and be part of other successful businesses is a great pleasure.
Chrystal Penny AIAB - Accounts Assistant and Bookkeeper
I began at Busy Books as an apprentice in January 2014. I love the ethos of our company– ‘to support local businesses’ and now it is at the heart of everything we do. I am dedicated to continued professional development in order to deliver services of the highest standards to our customers and I am an associate of the International Association of Bookkeepers. My favourite part of my job has to be working with our clients to help them understand confusing accounting concepts and solving problems for them.
