About the Business
Lee graduated from the University of Surrey with a degree in Russian and Economics with International Business. Lee initially worked in an accountancy practice with BDO Stoy Hayward in Guildford as an auditor. During this time Lee worked with SMEs of varying sizes during their annual audit and also worked on speciality audits as well as within the tax department and Business Services Department preparing accounts for small businesses.
Following BDO, Lee joined Axon Group PLC as Group Management Accountant. Axon Group is an international consultancy business that specialises in the implementation and support of SAP systems. Lee worked with the executive board on financial analysis, budgets and forecasts as well as preparation of monthly management accounts including detailed project analysis and other KPIs. Lee was then asked to set up a Project Management Office (PMO) in order to improve the links between the traditional "back office" and production teams.
