We are a small practice based in Wrexham, providing a professional, personalised and friendly service to small businesses and individuals. Affordable Accountancy has built up an excellent reputation providing low cost accounting solutions to local businesses without compromising on service.
We pride ourselves on being able to offer a value for money all-inclusive fixed monthly fee. This covers your year end accounts and tax returns, as well as proactive accountancy advice throughout the year. We don't want our clients to be scared to contact us and potentially lose out on valuable tax saving advice.
It's even more important when you first start out as you really need to set your business up in the best way possible. As a start up you'll probably have loads of questions and will really appreciate the fact you can call your accountant as many times as you like without the fear of racking up large bills.

We use VT Transaction Plus as our preferred in house book keeping software but whether we keep your books for you or whether we provide a support service you can be assured of our best attention at all times. We can help you by providing our book keeping service or in an advisory capacity.
Accounts Preparation:
Whether you are a sole trader, a partnership or a limited company, our team has the expertise and experience to ensure your accounts are accurate and filed on time. We can prepare your accounts monthly, quarterly or annually to suit your requirements. Our goal is to provide timely information that enables you to make good financial decisions.
Self Assessments:
Whether you are a Soletrader, part of the CIS scheme or have other income that requires a Self Assessment form to be completed. We can take you through this process and allow you to take advantage of the various tax benefits of the scheme.
VAT Return Preparation and Submission:
Do you find preparing your quarterly returns a nightmare? With our system of preparing VAT returns, we can also deliver quarterly management accounts if you would find this helpful. Let us take away the burden of preparing your VAT returns leaving you to manage your business effectively.
